This year will be more sewing for the man! Mark loves when I sew and he loves when I sew for him. So this year I plan on doing more of that. A few weeks ago I made him a Tao men’s Raglan by Sinclair Patterns and he loved it! He wanted more in short sleeves. So here they are! He was gracious to let me take some modeling shots and enter them in a sewing contest from the Sew A long. If you like these would you please vote here . Thank you
I did some reverse coverstitching on the blue Tee for some interest and it turned out great! Oh and yes Mark picked out all the fabrics. He had good taste!
The pattern is still on sale through today and you can purchase it here.
The Tao Men’s Raglan by Sinclair Patterns is well drafted, perfectly fitting Tee for the guys. Teens through adult with sizes from US 32-50. It is a layered multisized pattern for easy grading and printing. You choose your sized based on chest measurements and then you can grade for the waist and hips if need. Mark is wearing the US size 46 for the chest and I grade down one size for the waist and hips.
Comes in long sleeve too and three different height choices/ Mark is sporting the Regular height length!
Sinclair Patterns are beautifully drafted and the tutorial is the best I’ve seen with easy to follow instructions and graphics.
Time to do more sewing for our men and boys!
Thanks and I’d love to see what fabrics you and your guys choose for this great pattern. Please leave any comments or questions below and thanks for voting. The contest ends TODAY!!
